As Business Operations Manager of Kingdom Wellness, Nathan Ashby plays a vital role in the strategic and operational success of the practice. With over five years of experience in retail management, Nathan brings a strong background in leadership, customer service, and systems optimization.

Nathan is actively involved in management and decision-making, working closely with the clinical team to support the practice’s growth and mission. His primary focus is on the business side of the clinic—strengthening client relationships, streamlining operations, and expanding employer-based partnerships. Nathan’s commitment to professionalism, innovation, and community-centered service helps ensure that Kingdom Wellness continues to thrive as a trusted source of personalized, holistic care in the Glendale area.

Outside the office, Nathan is a devoted husband to founder and Family Nurse Practitioner Nancy Ashby and a proud father of three. He is deeply involved in his local church, serving as a volunteer drummer for his home church and participating in part-time worship support work through the Worship Support Network. His passion for both family and faith is reflected in the way he approaches leadership—with humility, purpose, and heart.
